What to do before an erotic massage?

An erotic massage is a sensory and hypersensitive experience that seeks to release all our internal tensions, based on a deep knowledge of our own anatomy. It is a unique experience that deserves a series of preparations that will allow us to enjoy it to the maximum.

Tip No. 1: Relax. Take your time

We live tied to a series of obligations that limit us vitally and temporarily. Sometimes, this lifestyle generates stress, fatigue... and we need to stop. We need to disconnect and find a point of relaxation that allows us to relieve these tensions and access a true state of well-being that brings us closer to ourselves.

In search of that conciliation, we recommend that the day you have booked your erotic massage you come well in advance. Do not rush. It is a true tantric experience that aims, precisely, to relieve stress and any other negative sensation that generates tension. Therefore, it is recommended that you start this journey calmly and without pressures.

Tip #2: a walk before entering our facilities

A tantric massage is intended to achieve a new physical and mental state. In the same way that experts recommend not looking at your mobile phone before going to sleep, our specialists advise you to take a short walk to begin the process of disconnection that we are looking for with the session.

Turn off your mobile phone, breathe and simply walk around. Don't think about anything specific. Try to let your mind initiate the path that your body will then follow together with our masseuses.

Tip #3: body cleansing

During the session we will start a journey that seeks the cleansing of our inner self. The liberation of all our energy through ancient techniques that will activate all the nerve endings of your anatomy.

To achieve this inner cleansing it is also necessary to maintain an outer purity. Remember that depending on the massage of your choice, you will have the opportunity to use our shower rooms, which you can access naked with your masseur.

Tip #4: light meals before your erotic massage

We want our body to flow. Our nervous system and blood flow will travel in unison through the use of the sensory points that our erotic masseuse will activate throughout our body. Large meals can limit this type of activation, so it is advisable to allow a few hours after your last meal. Or not to have eaten large quantities of food just before the erotic massage.

Tip #5: comfortable underwear

Sometimes, the sensory journey that begins in Shiva Massage sessions is unpredictable. We know the final destination: the release of all tensions and getting the energies to flow outwards, in search of maximum relaxation. But there are a multitude of ways that will allow us to reach this end.

That is why we recommend you to wear comfortable underwear that allows you to speed up any beginning and type of transition that the erotic masseuse proposes, depending on the energies that are generated between both bodies. Even more so if it is one of our nude massages or body-to-body massages.

Tip #6: let yourself be guided by our masseuses

The tantric experts at Premer Massages have been trained in ancient techniques so that the person receiving the massage reaches the highest levels of pleasure and disconnection. They are perfect connoisseurs of the anatomy and are capable of subtly activating the sensitive energy points that elevate this type of session to the maximum expression.

By following all these recommendations it is likely that you will be able to increase the levels of satisfaction at the end of the session. It is true that every tantric experience is unique. But with these tips, the probabilities of living it with maximum intensity increase exponentially. Are you ready to live yours?
