Top 5 techniques for an erotic massage
11 January 2021The importance of the perfect light for an erotic massage
Light is one of the most important aspects of an erotic massage, as it affects the brain during the massage session. The temperature or color of a particular light can influence our mood and our way of resting.
To start with, let's talk about the color temperature, which at first glance is more or less obvious depending on the background on which it is lit. It is usually compared with two different light sources, such as a candle, a light bulb, the sun, etc. This way you can find out if a light is more warm or cool in color.
Likewise, many of the companies that specialize in branches such as industry and technology, more specifically photography, film, theater and video, use the colors of light to give their images more quality.
Does light influence our brain and our mood?
The relationship between the temperature of light and our brain has been studied for many years. Satisfying our visual needs depends directly on the amount of light that reaches us and the color of light that reaches us, since depending on the type of light we perceive, it usually suggests one idea or another.
For example, in order to create a more welcoming and comfortable environment, lights that are warmer are often used. Normally, this type of light is used in private homes, in hotels and restaurants.
On the other hand, in commercial stores, lamps with the cold color temperature are often used, since more attention is required to observe the details and the colors can be appreciated more easily. In addition, in this way, our eyes are not forced to be able to discern the different colors in front of us.
How does light affect the brain?
It has been studied that light is able to affect some of our hormones and our senses such as hunger, sleep, heat production, sexual desire and brain activity.
The most suitable light to prepare for sleep or for an erotic massage is the orange light, as it helps to feel drowsy. Therefore, the use of candles and light is important during the massage session, as it can affect the relaxation of the environment and the brain.
For this reason, the use of electronic devices such as cell phones, TV or tablets is discouraged before sleeping, since they emit white light that in turn activates our brain and interrupts the secretion of melatonin, the hormone responsible for the dream.
In Premier Massages, our main objective is the rest and relaxation of our clients. The candles are strategically placed to provide you with maximum pleasure and tranquility when you are in the expert hands of one of our masseuses.
