Japanese erotic massage: what do they consist of?
4 June 2026Holistics in erotic massages
Holistic comes from holos. A word of Greek origin meaning 'in its totality' or 'as a whole'. When we talk about holistics in erotic massages we refer to the interconnection between a whole series of factors (physical and sensory) that allow a gradual sensory activation acting in a balanced way in all of them.
An erotic massage cannot take place if it acts in isolation on a single area. It is a set of millenary techniques that, together and indivisibly, allow us to reach the absolute and total liberation of our being.
What do we mean by holistic?
The more numerous the interactions with all the nerve endings in our body, the more intense the experience will be. Our anatomy has trigger points that, if properly stimulated, allow us to access new levels of relaxation and disconnection at the highest level.
It is also important to bear in mind that the trigger points differ from person to person. But at Shiva Massage we go one step further. As a result of our experience we can affirm that even the activation points differ in the same person at different stages of their life.
This gives the erotic masseuse a central role during the session. She herself, in a holistic way, actively interacts with the body of the person receiving the massage. With the aim of detecting throughout the session those sensitive points that generate unforeseen, suggestive, new and desired reactions.
Each of these points has different intensities and special moments. The set of techniques applied to all of them is the way to achieve a truly unique experience. This is why an erotic massage is described as something that must necessarily be approached from a holistic point of view.
Holistic in other areas and its application during massage
Medical professionals use the term holistic to refer to a way of addressing the needs of patients that goes beyond the physical or perceptible symptoms. This branch of medicine advocates also taking into account emotional and mental aspects as a source of progress and improvement in order to achieve results.
This is exactly the concept that applies in the case of tantric massages. The combination of factors (environment, masseur, personalisation, music, smells, techniques, touch, hearing, etc.) is the only way to amplify the sensations and ensure that the person receiving the massage experiences the highest levels of liberation and subsequent relaxation.
Knowledge as the basis of a good holistic massage
Everything described above motivates that the sessions with our erotic masseuses have a minimum duration of 45 minutes. We seek to explore. To get to know. To interact. To investigate... The professional wishes and has the need to delve into each and every part of the anatomy of the person receiving the massage. In order to understand and detect the key areas that will take the session to the highest levels of intensity.
And for this same reason at Premier Massages we have a diverse erotic massage menu, focused on all kinds of techniques that will allow us to go deeper into this holistic knowledge that is so necessary. Both of our own anatomy and that of the masseuse, depending on the type of massage chosen.
